We are currently seeking an office assistant to support a wide range of administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to easily transition from one task to another, use discretion in every aspect and enjoy assisting others.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for clients Screen phone calls and answer questions about the services we offer Maintain client and organization documentation Oversee social media content Create visuals such as event flyers, email blasts, social media posts and more Assist in event planning from client offerings to fundraising efforts Job Type:
