Summary:
Victory Recovery Partners is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team.
This position will be responsible for the onboarding, and ongoing training of new and existing employees.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Essential Duties:
Onboard and ongoing training of new and existing employees Ensure all new employees are properly documented in HRIS Conduct employee performance management reviews as needed Work with the leadership team to conduct employee performance reviews and other HR-related activities Maintain accurate records of all employee information changes using our HRIS Employee benefit management Develop and implement human resources policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Provide leadership in areas such as performance management, terminations, etc.
Assist in recruiting for new positions when necessary
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources or related field (HR Administration / Healthcare HR preferred) Experience with Paychex preferred.
High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
