Financial Service Representative
Adecco Professional, Finance, and Insurance has an opening for a Financial Service Representative with a leading client of ours with branches in various locations around Long Island. This is a temp to hire role for someone who is experienced in sales or retail and has outstanding professionalism. Responsibilities include:
Work closely with new and existing members to understand their financial needs and deepen relationships
Process routine financial transactions for members efficiently and accurately (including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, IRA) in compliance with regulations and guidelines
Provide recommendations and assist members with a wide array of financial solutions to satisfy their spending, savings, borrowing, and investing needs
Educate members to bank more efficiently using the web, mobile, and ATM
Provide financial education and services to members to help them fit banking into their everyday lives
Proactively contact members to schedule appointments to discuss their personal financial goals
Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of one year's work experience in a call center or Customer Service or Sales position
Minimum of six months' cash handling experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, mathematics, problem-solving, multitasking, and computer skills
Attention to detail

We have several locations available within Queens & Long Island and are able to offer full-time and part-time schedules! The specific schedule will vary depending on the branch and some schedules require staff to work on Saturdays.
